At ERA High Pointe Realty, when you work with one of us, you work with all of us. ERA High Pointe Realty was founded on the principle of collaboration- the idea that by working together and helping one another we could build a stronger community of real estate professionals and help to strengthen the communities where we work and practice real estate.
Allison is a REALTOR® with ERA High Pointe Realty. In 2014 she was named Rookie of the Year by the Manhattan Association of REALTORS®. She represents both buyers and sellers and has experience with existing home sales, new construction, rural properties, investments and commercial sales.
Allison is a third generation Manhattanite and knows the Manhattan and K-State community well. She grew up in Manhattan and graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and a Specialty in Accounting and Finance. She went on to earn a Masters in Nonprofit Management at Regis University in Denver. Allison has a decade of nonprofit fundraising and marketing experience and, prior to real estate, worked as the Development Director for Attention Homes, an organization that provides housing and shelter to homeless youth in Boulder, Colo.
In 2013 Allison and her husband Steve returned home to Manhattan to raise their family. Steve is an educator and coach in the Manhattan-Ogden school district. They have two children, Brooklyn (6) and Easton (4).
Allison is passionate about serving the community. She is the founding co-chair of the Young Trustees of the Greater Manhattan Community Foundation and is a member the Foundation’s Community Foundation Awards committee. Additionally, she serves on the boards of the Manhattan Association of REALTORS® and the Little Apple Optimist Club. She is a participating member of the Manhattan Referral Network, the Manhattan Rotary Club, the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and the National, Kansas and Manhattan Associations of REALTORS®. Allison is also a member of the 2017 Leadership Manhattan class.
